Zbiorowiska z klasy Utricularietea intermedio-minoris DEN HARTOG et SEGAL 1964 em. PIETSCH 1965 należą do wyspecjalizowanych pod względem ekologicznym fitocenoz, występujących w wodach oligotroficznych oraz dystroficznych na podłożu torfowym. Polsce należą do grupy zbiorowisk bardzo słabo zbadanych. W 2014 r. na terenie Słowińskiego Parku Narodowego zbiorowiska z klasy Utricularietea intermedio-minoris zostały stwierdzone w dystroficznym zbiorniku wodnym koło miejscowości Gać. Artykuł podejmuje problem obsadzania mandatów bez głosowania w wyborach do rad gmin w gminach liczących do 20 tys. mieszkańców. W stosunku do wyborów z 2014 r. liczba takich przypadków wzrosła w 2018 r. o 77%. The Spanish Civil War of 1936–1939, as an ideologised and mythologised event, has been and is still used instrumentally within the Polish public discourse. The war was an important subject for the Polish press in the years 1936–1939. The Catholic, national-democratic, and conservative press supported General Franco’s rebellion. The governmental and pro-government press also supported the rebels. The Christian-democratic and peasants’ party press remained neutral. Building on our diverse research traditions in the study of reasoning, language and communication, the Polish School of Argumentation integrates various disciplines and institutions across Poland in which scholars are dedicated to understanding the phenomenon of the force of argument. Our primary goal is to craft a methodological programme and establish organisational infrastructure: this is the first key step in facilitating and fostering our research movement, which joins people with a common research focus, complementary skills and an enthusiasm to work together. This statement—the Manifesto—lays the foundations for the research programme of the Polish School of Argumentation.

Electronic monitoring is a new solution in Polish penal law. It should be noted that the electronic monitoring was initiated in the United States of America by psychologist Ralph Schwitzgebel in 1964. In Poland the system of electronic monitoring appeared in a later period of time. One of the basic legislator’s purposes was to reduce overcrowding in prisons. Abstract Natural water reservoirs are very valuable floristic sites in south-western Poland. Among them, the most important for the preservation of biodiversity of flora are oxbow lakes. The long-term process of human pressure on habitats of this type caused disturbances of their biological balance.
